Shipping Rates and Policies
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Dispatching: Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the NEXT business day. If a delay is anticipated, you will be contacted immediately.
Shipping options: You may select from several UPS options, ranging from surface to overnight service. If you request overnight service, your order will shipped within 24 hours, but may not necessarily arrive the day after your order is placed. We recommend calling to place your order if the arrival date is critical. Shipping is calculated on height, weight and length of final packaging and final delivery destination.

Shipping Policies: If your order is in before 1pm EST, it will ship the same day. Any item not "in stock" on a particular order will result in that order being placed "on hold". You will be notified by e-mail with any information regarding possible time delays related to the backorder and possible shipping dates.
Please be note: Addresses must be COMPLETE including suites, apartment, floor, etc. If for any reason UPS must do an address correction, you're credit card will be assessed a $15.00 address correction fee.
RETURNS
Non-seasonal products may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a 20% restocking fee. Personalized balloons cannot be returned. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please call for a return code before returning products.
Seasonal products may not be returned.
DAMAGED PRODUCT:
If by chance your recipient receives damaged items, please call our office immediately. We ask that you provide a photograph of the damaged items so that we may better handle your claim. We will review the picture/items and you will be notified of the refund status within 2 business days.
**PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are open from 10am - 5pm Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We also are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve. We are also bound by UPS delivery schedules.
